Argentine neighborhood in Kansas City, Kansas, opened grocery store

The Argentine Neighborhood Development Association raised more than $1 million to build a Save-A-Lot grocery store in a neighborhood of Kansas City, Kansas, that was previously considered a food desert. The effort to attract the store was led by the Argentine Neighborhood Development Association and helps more than 13,000 residents who did not have access or transportation to groceries in a three-mile radius.
