Clean Air Metro Kansas City is a grassroots effort that was started by the Metropolitan Healthy Communities Coalition and supports smoke-free air ordinances, laws and policies in the metro area and the state, as well as a comprehensive approach to reducing tobacco use and exposure to secondhand smoke. The coalition has helped to create smoke-free ordinances in 29 cities and counties in the metro area.
