HCF and the REACH Healthcare Foundation partnered and funded an initiative in 2007 that provided free human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccines for girls and women (ages 9-26). The vaccine was available at a variety of safety net, primary care, and public health department facilities in a six-county service area. More than 16,000 vaccines were administered during the initiative.
