A prominent collaborative success this past decade has been system-wide efforts to improve networking and referrals across organizations. Community organizations MetroCare and Wy/Jo Care partnered with private physicians to improve access to specialty health care for low-income, uninsured residents. All told, the partnerships have leveraged approximately $56 million in donated specialty services.
